The major strength of Visual Sync is that we bring people together to inspire each other and create a healthy creative environment. This environment is for everyone and nobody should feel left out. Therefore we as Visual Sync created the following guidelines to enhance the safety and experience of our users. We as Visual Sync take the safety and enjoyment of our users very seriously and won't allow boundary-crossing behavior. This type of behavior will eventually lead to you not being allowed to participate in the program.

We as Visual Sync are a community that is there for everybody and we want to create a healthy and safe work environment for all. We believe that discrimination doesn't have any place in any environment and we won't allow this type of behavior on this platform. Don't hesitate to take up contact with us if someone is treating you differently on the grounds of your skin color, heritage, gender, sexual orientation, age, beliefs or disabilities. We will review the situation and remove anyone that is showing this type of behavior immediately from the program using a 0-tolerance rule.

All the content that you upload on our website will still be considered your intellectual property. Intellectual property is a very important thing to an artist and we want our users to respect that. Breaching copy-right guidelines for things such as film, music, or other original works of art will not be tolerated. However, we won't protect or police the use of trademarks and allow our users to create parodies of things like logos, brand names, and or catchphrases. However, we will not be kept accountable for any legal action that comes as a result of this.

Privacy is one of our main priorities as a host. Our users should feel safe while using our program and we do everything to assure this safety online and offline. Name, Address, and other personal information will only be given to 3rd parties with direct permission of the user. In this way, we try to protect our users from any unwanted behavior. We don’t give your information such as email addresses to other users, when someone contacts you it goes through us.

Hateful imagery like swastikas will not be tolerated on this platform. The user that will display such imagery will immediately be removed from the platform. Explicit content ( like references to physical or mental abuse, references to sexual behavior, and discriminatory language) will always be reviewed by our team, and actions will be taken if there is anything in there that is considered harmful content.

Nudity will only be allowed in a tasteful manner and this content will only be shown to users that are 18+. We believe that some people in our community are sensitive towards this type of content and this is why we try and keep this to a minimum. Content that is overly sexual or pornographic in nature will immediately be removed from the platform. An investigation will follow if this type of content will be posted. Charges will be pressed if we find content that is considered problematic or dangerous to other users
